Follow this handy DIY guide to set up your Facebook Ad Accounts within Creative Explorer!
Step #1: Add New Engen As a Partner
From Facebook Business Manager, navigate to the Business Settings > Partners page.
Next, click the blue + Add button and select Give a partner access to your assets.
If you have never partnered with another business, you will see the below prompt:
STEP #2: Enter Our Partner Business ID
Copy New Engen’s Partner Business ID:
Paste New Engen's Partner Business ID it into the below dialog box.
STEP #3: Share Ad Assets
Next, choose the assets you want to share with New Engen. Creative Explorer accepts the following asset types:
Instagram Accounts (Optional)
The minimum permissions should be set to View Performance.
Keep an Eye on Your Inbox
It can take up to 48 hours for the initial sync. Once your account is synced, you’ll receive an email with your login to the Creative Explorer platform.
Note: Only the last 28 days of data will be synced. If you would like additional data for a custom date range, respond back to this email with those dates.
